To keep this event at 2 hours, you will receive additional learning immediately after sign up that will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Please complete it prior to the workshop so that you can follow along in the group
HOW TO PREPARE:
~Bring a yoga mat w/optional blanket & pillow for comfort
~ Bring a journal & pen (Consider purchasing a new journal so you can track your Reiki Journey in a special place)
~Bring water and optional snacks
~Arrive 15 minutes early so we are settled and ready to go at 6pm. We have lots of healing to cover!
